Payment for A la carte services will be due in full at the completion of the service request. Payments for Packages must be made in full before any services are requested.
Rates listed reflect only the services provided by Just Running Errands Concierge Service. All charges for third party vendors or products are the client’s responsibility. Just Running Errands Concierge Service will provide a $50 maximum credit for small purchases; however any charges made by J.R.E Concierge for client use will be invoiced with payment and due in full at the completion of the services requested. For services over $50, the client is asked to establish a “petty cash” account to cover incidentals.
Packages are good for 90 days (3 months) after purchase unless special circumstances has been established, at which time they become void and any time not used will be non-refundable.
Package Services Time Policy: One Hour Minimum for each individual service request. After initial hour, time will be deducted in 15 minute increments thereafter.
A 12 hour notice for services is requested; however same day requests will be fulfilled to the best of our ability based on prior commitments. Service requests are accepted during normal business hours.
In order to respect all of our clients’ schedules and deadlines, a 6 hour notice to cancel our services is required; otherwise a $25 service fee is assessed.
Up to 25 miles round trip are included in our service rates per request, thereafter $0.25 per mile beyond the initial 25 miles will be charged.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cash, personal or business check, PayPal. Client Petty Cash Funds may be established by either cash or check. There will be a $30 fee imposed, in addition to any financial institution charges, for returned checks.
